Want to have fun and get moving? Join our exciting exercise classes!
These sessions will be hosted by India Morse. She is an online fitness coach who is also deaf. Together with India, you’ll spend on an hour doing special and fun fitness challenges!
Who can take part?
You can take part in these classes if you are:
- Aged 8 – 15
The sessions are for everyone. This means that you can take part even if you are a beginner or haven’t done exercise classes before!
You will need access to any computer, smartphone or tablet, and an internet connection to take part.
When are the classes?
- If you are 8 – 11 years old -10.30am to 12:30pm on Wednesday 26 August
- If you are 12 – 15 years old – 10.30am to 12.30pm on Thursday 27 August
What will I be doing?
10.30am – Log onto Zoom and joining the online waiting room.
10.45am -Welcome and introductions. It’s time to meet India, our fitness expert. You’ll also meet Claire and Sally from the youth team, and all the other young people taking part.
11am – Ready, set, go! Together we’ll take on lots of fun exercise challenges.
11.45am – Question time. We can ask India any questions that we might have about fitness or exercising.
12pm – Time to cool down, stretch it out and let our hosts know if we have any feedback on the class.
How do I sign up?
Your parents or carers will need to fill in the application form for the event. They can use the link below to apply for you.
This session will take place on Zoom. Once your place on the event is confirmed, we will send you all the information you need to join.
